My 5.5 California Earthquake Prediction Is All Exact

- September 20, 2004 -

On Jul. 3, 2004, I predicted an earthquake of magnitude more than or equal to 5 in California by "E" of an earthquake cloud [1] . On Sept. 18, a couple of earthquakes of magnitude 5.5 & 5.4 happened at 38.01N 118.68W & 38.02, 118.66 respectively, all exact [2].
