The United Nations Publication issued its No.16 Seminars of the United Nations Programme on Space Applications [1], which consisted of 11 selected papers from 10 workshops, organized by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (OOSA) within the framework of Programme on Space Applications, in 2004. The Yearbook was dealt to "All Member States during the 42 Session of Scientific and Technical Subcommittee which was held in Vienna from 21 February-4 March 2005", noted by an officer of the UN.

Our paper Bam Earthquake Prediction & Space Technology is published not only in the OOSA Website [2], [3], but also by the Yearbook of Page 39~63 [4] . We thank the UN very much for selecting and spreading our work, and hope our work to help people in earthquake danger.

The book was printed in Austria in February 2005 with the numbers of Sales No.: E.05.1.6. and ISBN 92-1-100959-6, by which you can find it from a bookstore all over the World, or write to United Nations. Sales Section. New York or Geneva in case you can not find it.
