China Quake Analysis

Mr. Takase is a serious and kind Japanese. He went to a Japanese Meteorological Office to obtain a few surface wind distributions, and told me that the wind on September 30 had flowed from China to Japan. Thus, the earthquake of my essay < A Big Earthquake Will Be in China or Japan > will not be in Japan. Someone asked me where the most possible place in China is. This is a difficult question because I lack both experience and data, only having one satellite image. Since Mr. Takase gave me some data, I would like to propose my raw opinion as the following: The possible places may be (1) Si-Chuan province or its neighborhoods. (2) Xin-Jaing province or its neighborhoods, such as Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and so on. (3) Beijing and He-Bei province (4) Zhijaing province.  I am not sure about my opinion. It may be right.
